Event Description
This will be the last Seniors in the Park program for this year. October's Seniors in the Park program will be 'Tips for Managing Stress Eating'! After a brief lesson from FCS Extension Agent, Natalie Taul, Melonie Dennison will do a Zumba Gold group exercise class! This program is FREE and all are welcome to attend! Water and light snacks will be provided.
