The Grayson County Extension Office will host a workshop titled “Pathways to Wellness” at 10AM Tuesday, February 25. Health programs have long focused on education about personal health behaviors like tobacco and alcohol use, diet, physical activity, and sleep. While personal behaviors have an important role in health, they are not the whole story. We are going to talk about the idea of health, explore factors beyond personal behavior that influence it, and brainstorm what a community that supports health for all looks like. Don’t miss out!
