September's Seniors in the Park program will be 'Eating Smart'! After a brief lesson from FCS Extension Agent, Natalie Taul, Made For More Fitness will do a Silver Sneaker Classic group exercise class! This program is FREE and all are welcome to attend! Water and light snacks will be provided.
