Located behind Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center. Rent a raised bed garden plot - available in three different sizes - at the Wallace Avenue Community Garden.

  • Large Plot | 104 square feet: $35 for plot + $20 refundable clean-up deposit for a total of $55
  • L-Shaped Plot | 60 square feet: $25 for plot + $20 refundable clean-up deposit for a total of $45
  • Small Plot | 38 square feet: $15 for plot + $20 refundable clean-up deposit for a total of $35

Healthy Farm Families (April, May, June 2022)

Farm life is a busy and stressful one, so it's important to stay on top of your health. Farming means meals in the field or on the go most days. It means working in all kinds of weather, extreme heat and extreme cold. Farm stress and mental health is being talked about now more than ever. This educational class series will provide useful, tangible tools and resources to help you and your family stay on top of your health on the farm.

  • May 19th: Sun and Heat Safety
  • June 16th: Rural Mental Health and Farm Stress
