Living Big with Less Stuff!
January 25, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. - Get rid of stress by learning more
about the process of downsizing & decluttering.  Class is free &
taught by Dayna Parrett, Hardin County FCS Agent.  Call to register.

International Cooking Class Series
Travel around the world in this 8-part series featuring a different
country each week.  Experience new customs & cultures, tastes, recipes,
& food samples.  Classes start 2/7/18.  No charge to attend, but call to register.

Essential Oils
February 23, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. - Learn how to use Essential Oils in your
home & for various ailments.  This free class is taught by Natalie Taul,
Grayson County FCS Agent.  Call to register. 

5th Saturday - Loom Knitted Scarf
March 31, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Supplies:  Loom Knitting Kit (round loom, hook, needle), size 6 yarn, scissors.
Class is free but advanced registration is required.

Beginning Sewing for Adults
Held on Saturday's, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Advanced registration & payment of $5 fee.
Instructor:  Barbara Stiles, Certified Kentucky Master Clothing Volunteer.
Meets January 6 & January 20, 2018.   

Diabetes Support Group at 1:00 p.m.

February 16 - The Diabetes Food Guide Pyramid
March 15 - Carbohydrate Counting

Cooking through the Calendar
This new series will be held the 1st Thursday of each month and
will feature monthly recipes from the 2018 Food & Nutrition
Calendar.  Taste samples, get recipes, and receive a free gift for each
session that you attend!  If you attend all 12 sessions, your name will
go in for a grand prize drawing for a very special gift!  Register in advance. 

January 4 - Red Beans & Rice
February 1 - Skillet Enchiladas
March 1 - Chowder Made Easy
